Email Acceptable Use Policy

You must read and understand this Acceptable Use Policy before using an email address on the park's domain

Using an Email address on the Park's domain means you agree to this Acceptable Use Policy.

    Unlawful Activity

The Park's email system is to be used for lawful purposes only.  Any and all unlawful use will be reported to the FBI. The Park, and our system administration service, BorderWeb, will fully cooperate with authorities during evidence gathering and adjudication, associated with unlawful activity. Unlawful activity includes, but is not limited to: spamming, virus distribution, child pornography, and copyright infringement.

    Reports of Outage

The Park contracts system administration services from BorderWeb. Reports of outages will generate a call-out to BorderWeb. Frivolous reports of outages will be charged to the guest responsible for the report, at a rate of $97.50 per incident, payable directly to BorderWeb. If you are responsible for a frivolous report of an outage, which results in an unnecessary call-out, you will be charged for the call-out, and your computer(s) will be blocked from access to the system, in lieu of payment. Please keep in mind that our system is configured for automatic recovery. Be sure that the system is in fact, inoperable, and not recovering, before reporting an outage.

    Viruses Spyware and Malware

Neither the Park nor BorderWeb are responsible for damage caused by viruses, spyware, or malware, such as loss of data, or file corruption, on computers connected to any system available within the Park.

Caution: Computers infected with a virus may cause bandwidth abuse, even without the knowledge of the computer operator. It is recommended that you maintain a good quality, up to date Antivirus software, and shut your machine down when not in use.
